⚫️Custom - free quote: Walk-outs, layout changes and fully custom designs

How it Works

Five Simple Steps

     2. Walk-through. We come out, measure, and talk through ideas with you. 
     3. Written estimate. You get a clear price with no surprises later.
     4.Permits and build. We pull the permits and build it to Colorado code.
     5. Final walk-through. We don't call it done until you're happy with it.

Total Basement Finish is a true family business. My sons Joel and Cecil Stocks have worked side by side in this company for 20 years, and together our family brings experience in residential construction since 1980. Basements are what we know best.

When you call us, you talk to the people who own the company. We walk your basement with you, give you a straight price, and stand behind the work because our name is on it.

Joel and Cecil are on your job from the first walk-through to the final walk-through. You'll know their names, and they'll know your basement.

My sons were taught how to build a house from ground up.  This is a new home build in Grand Lake.

How  much does it cost to finish my basement in Colorado?

Do you pull the permits? Yes. We handle permits and inspections so the work is done to code.
